Welcome to Aven Homme. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Revitae Brands LLC, which operates Aven Homme and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available to you (collectively, the “Services”).

Aven Homme is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, orders, payments, delivery, intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability.

When you submit an order through Aven Homme, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, stock availability or delivery restrictions.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed acceptance or otherwise begun processing the order.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once processing has begun, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests.

If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number or other contact information supplied when the order was placed.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Products purchased from Aven Homme are intended primarily for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to the correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate.

We may offer promotions from time to time that are subject to separate promotional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply.

UK online sellers must provide customers with information including the total price and delivery costs before an order is placed.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and delivered according to the delivery information displayed on our website and our applicable Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by Aven Homme are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, weather conditions, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable consumer law requires it, Aven Homme remains responsible for the goods until they are physically received by you or by another person you have nominated to receive them.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@avenhomme.com so that we can investigate and assist you.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with the customer, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

The Services, including the Aven Homme brand, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product presentation and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Revitae Brands LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless permitted by law or authorised by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, commercially exploit, store or transmit substantial portions of our proprietary content.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to use the trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property belonging to Revitae Brands LLC, Aven Homme, Shopify or any third party except where expressly stated.

The name Aven Homme, associated logos, designs and brand identifiers may not be used without our prior written permission where such permission is legally required.

All third-party trademarks appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools, applications or functionality supplied by third parties.

We do not necessarily control or monitor these third-party tools.

Aven Homme is powered by Shopify, which provides ecommerce technology used to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through Aven Homme are transactions between you and Revitae Brands LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased directly from Aven Homme.

Your use of certain Shopify functionality may additionally be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our online store is powered by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process certain personal information necessary to host, operate, secure and improve the Services.

UK consumer law restricts businesses from using contract terms to remove mandatory consumer rights, and consumer terms must be fair and transparent.
