Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 August 2026

Aven Homme is operated by Revitae Brands LLC (“Aven Homme”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit our website, interact with us, place an order or otherwise use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we handle personal information as described below.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When we use the term “personal information”, we mean information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.

Depending on how you interact with Aven Homme, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address.
  • Order and transaction information, including products purchased, returned, exchanged, cancelled, viewed or added to your basket.
  • Payment information, including payment method, transaction details and payment confirmation. Payment card information may be processed directly by Shopify Payments or another payment provider rather than stored by us.
  • Account information, including login details, preferences and account settings where you choose to create an account.
  • Customer service information, including messages, enquiries and other communications you send to us.
  • Device and technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, network information and other identifiers.
  • Usage information, including how you browse, access and interact with our website and Services.
  • Marketing information, including your communication preferences and information about your interactions with our marketing where applicable.

We do not treat anonymous or properly de-identified information as personal information where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may obtain personal information:

  • directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact us, subscribe to marketing or otherwise interact with Aven Homme;
  • automatically when you access or use our website, including through cookies and similar technologies;
  • from service providers who help us operate our business, such as Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and technology providers; and
  • from advertising, analytics or other business partners where permitted by applicable law.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

Providing Our Services

We use personal information to:

  • process and fulfil orders;
  • process payments;
  • arrange delivery;
  • provide order and delivery updates;
  • manage returns, exchanges and refunds;
  • maintain customer accounts;
  • respond to customer service enquiries; and
  • otherwise perform our contract with you.

Improving Aven Homme

We may use information to understand how customers interact with our website, improve our Services, develop our product offering, troubleshoot technical issues and improve the customer experience.

Security and Fraud Prevention

We may process personal information to protect our customers and business, authenticate transactions, detect fraudulent or suspicious activity, protect our website and investigate potential breaches of our policies.

Marketing and Advertising

Where permitted by law, we may use personal information to send marketing communications and to measure, personalise or improve advertising.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in our emails.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may process personal information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain business records, respond to lawful requests from authorities, establish or defend legal claims and enforce our Terms and policies.

OUR LAWFUL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Where UK data protection law applies, we process personal information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis.

Depending on the particular processing activity, these may include:

  • Contract – where processing is necessary to fulfil an order, provide customer service or take steps requested by you before entering into a contract.
  • Legal obligation – where we are required to process or retain information to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
  • Legitimate interests – where processing is reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as preventing fraud, protecting our Services, improving our website and operating our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
  • Consent – where you have given us permission to process information for a particular purpose, such as certain forms of electronic marketing or the use of non-essential cookies where consent is required.

Processing necessary to provide a contractual service can rely on the contract lawful basis, while legitimate interests must be justified and balanced against the individual's rights.

For some electronic marketing and tracking technologies, UK rules may require consent rather than legitimate interests.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve the Services and, where permitted, provide or measure advertising.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will only be used after obtaining the required consent.

You may be able to manage your preferences through the cookie or privacy controls made available on our website.

Shopify also provides customer privacy controls that merchants can configure for relevant regions.

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate Aven Homme, including:

  • Shopify, which hosts and provides technology used to operate our ecommerce store;
  • payment processors and financial service providers used to process transactions;
  • fulfilment, warehouse and delivery providers used to prepare and deliver orders;
  • technology and cloud service providers;
  • customer support providers;
  • analytics and advertising providers, where permitted by applicable law;
  • professional advisers, including accountants, lawyers and other advisers where necessary;
  • government authorities or law enforcement where disclosure is legally required; and
  • parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a restructuring, acquisition, sale, merger or similar business transaction.

We may also disclose information where you specifically request or authorise us to do so.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify processes certain personal information in connection with your access to and use of our store in order to provide its platform and related services.

Information you provide through our store may therefore be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and relevant Shopify service providers.

For certain Shopify features, Shopify may also process personal information for purposes described in its own Consumer Privacy Policy and provide customers with separate privacy controls. Shopify's current Consumer Privacy Policy was updated in March 2026.

SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You should avoid sending highly sensitive or confidential information through unsecured communication channels.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The appropriate retention period may depend on factors including:

  • whether we need the information to fulfil or administer an order;
  • whether you maintain an account with us;
  • customer service requirements;
  • fraud prevention and security;
  • legal, accounting and tax requirements;
  • resolving disputes; and
  • enforcing our agreements and policies.

When personal information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or otherwise securely dispose of it where appropriate.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information.

These may include the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • request restriction of certain processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • object to or opt out of direct marketing.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us at:

support@avenhomme.com

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your applicable privacy rights.

UK individuals have a legal right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data and may have the other rights described above depending on the circumstances.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link contained within the email.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications necessary to administer your account, order, delivery, return or other transaction.

AUTOMATED PROCESSING

We may use automated tools to assist with activities such as fraud detection, website analytics, advertising and personalisation.

Where we use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects and applicable law grants you specific rights in relation to that processing, we will provide the information and safeguards required by law.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Because Aven Homme works with service providers and operates across different jurisdictions, personal information may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries outside the United Kingdom.

Where UK data protection laws apply and a transfer is subject to international transfer restrictions, we will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism or safeguard where required.

These may include UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, where appropriate.

The ICO updated its international-transfer guidance in January 2026 and currently recognises mechanisms including the IDTA and UK Addendum for relevant restricted transfers.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security or content practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you choose to use.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Aven Homme is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for whom parental or guardian consent would be required under applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a concern about how we process your personal information, please contact us first at:

support@avenhomme.com

We will review your concern and attempt to resolve it.

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will publish the revised Privacy Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
